Terms and Conditions
When making an online booking/enquiry card details are requested. We do not have card facilities and so DO NOT receive payment from the booking/enquiry site. We understand that your account will not be debited.
PAYMENT
We accept cash or cheques. Stirling traveller’s cheques are also accepted.
DEPOSIT
We require a non refundable deposit of £60.00 per room to secure the booking, to be received within 7 days of making a booking. Please make cheques payable to J Armstrong.
CHECK IN TIMES
Check in is between 4pm and 6pm unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. We reserve the right to re-let the rooms after 6pm if no arrangements for a late arrival have been made. If we are unable to contact you and we have not heard from you, we will assume the room is no longer required.
DEPATURE TIMES
Please be ready to leave by 10am on your day of departure. You are welcome to leave your car until mid day.
CANCELLATION
Once you have booked your stay, if you need to cancel please contact us immediately. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at any time after arrival, the total bill amount for the full duration booked will become due before departure. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance.
Should we have to cancel your booking, we will attempt to find you alternative accommodation. However should this not be possible or unacceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
PETS
We love animals but we have limited facilities to accommodate your pet so this will need to be arranged in advance where possible.
